Dear Residents and Families:
I am excited to announce we have started to host outdoor visits between resident and family members. Below are the guidelines for the visit:
1. The outdoor family visit will be coordinated by Joann Avila, Director of Activities and will be 15 minutes long with a maximum of 2 family members per visit. To schedule visit please contact Joann at 508-583-5834, extension 3028.
2. The visits will be held at the statue of St. Mary located in the back of our main parking lot to the side of St. Joseph Manor.
3. It is mandatory that you wear a mask at all times and maintain a social distance of at least 6 feet from your loved one.
4. Prior to the visit, you will need to check in with the facility receptionist and have your temperature taken and answer specific question regarding if you have been exposed to
Covid-19.
This is a giant step to getting back to some sort of normalcy and I am very excited for you to be able to visit with your loved one. Please understand if the there is any infraction to the rules the visit will end immediately to ensure resident safety.
