Senior Leadership

James Keane
President
For the past nine years, I have had the privilege of serving as the Administrator at SJM, bringing with me more than 24 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator. Throughout my career, I’ve been dedicated to fostering supportive, person‑centered environments where both residents and staff can thrive.
I consider myself incredibly fortunate to work alongside such an exceptional team, and it remains an honor to care for our residents each day. I am a proud graduate of Stonehill College, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration—an educational foundation that continues to guide my commitment to quality, compassion, and leadership in long‑term care.
