Our Mission Says It All:

Our Catholic ministry of compassionate healthcare provides person-centered services to people of all faiths in our home and within our community.

Two senior ladies laughingFounded in 1965 by Poor Sisters of Jesus Crucified and the Sorrowful Mother, St. Joseph Manor Health Care is built on a ministry that combines compassionate care with state-of-the-art treatments and technologies. Our wooded campus is nestled in the city of Brockton, Massachusetts and serves the greater Boston community. We are a member of Covenant Health.

Because we understand the importance of spiritual values and beliefs of all faith traditions in the development of personal health and wholeness, we minister to the spiritual and religious needs of our residents, their families and associates. Spiritual services that are offered include:

  • Daily Eucharist
  • Weekly Mass
  • Recitation of the Rosary
  • Sacrament of Reconciliation
  • Sacrament of the Sick
  • Pastoral Visitation
  • Devotional Music
  • Referral to Faith Provider upon Request
  • Ecumenical Prayer Service

Our warm and inviting community makes it easy for residents to call St. Joseph Manor Health Care home. We encourage them to decorate their own rooms, host family members any time they wish, and to bring pets for visits! The majority of our residents enjoy private rooms. Each of our resident’s rooms offers a beautiful view.  Some also have private balconies or patios.

From our short-term rehab patients to our long-term care residents, palliative care and adult day clients, our tenured, experienced staff are committed to providing an exceptional care environment.

Would you like to be a part of the St. Joseph story? We have a great group of volunteers that would love to have you join them.
